Hello, everyone! I just wanted to say that as of now I’m devastated by the news of Valko and I have lost some motivation for Love and Deepspace. I will most likely still play it for the other guys, but I am gonna put any revisions or catching up to the lore on hold.

That said, I have decided that I will try my best to write a proper story with Valko. I am now more determined than ever to include him in my Dog Days revisions (my “prequel” fic), and I will do my best to create content for him as what would have happened in the main story if he was still in the game. This will include a main story with all six guys as well as separate myths for Valko (Valko will have as many myths as the original 5).

I am heartbroken that I can’t see his cards or main story to fully get a grasp of his character, and I will forever feel that void, but I’m going to try my best. I will be studying the trailers and picking at other people’s brains for ideas to formulate a proper story that will hopefully do him justice, even if it’s not probably what the game had intended for him.

Hey, everybody. Just wanted to give a check in. So right now I’ve been feeling burned out. Should’ve expected it, after writing back to back for so long. So this chapter may actually take me longer to write than just a “little longer” as I promised. The ideas are there, but nothing is sticking, and I’ve been lacking some motivation and inspiration. I think I’ve just been trying too hard to make it perfect (it’s a very complex and subtext filled chapter) that my brain is fried. So as of now I’m preoccupying myself with other interests and taking some time off from it. I still intend on publishing the next chapter before I go back to work in a couple weeks (at least I’ll try my best), rest assured, but right now I’ve just been struggling and I wanted to let you all know in advance that you may or may not be looking at yet another month long hiatus or so.

Hello, everyone! Just wanted to provide a quick update. I am officially walking again! I’m still in a boot but I am no longer non weight bearing.

I’ll be doing physical therapy sessions and ideally going back to work for one of my jobs soon. Then after four weeks I’ll be working both jobs again. When that day comes updates may slow down again.

However! I have a few chapters backed up. I just haven’t been posting them as I write them since a community I reblog in only accepts reblogs once a week and it’s easier for me to just reblog as soon as I post because otherwise I’ll forget lol. I’m looking to at least write one or two more chapters before I fully go back to work as well. So it shouldn’t be too bad! But since I’m focusing on fun one-shots for now, I don’t think updates will take me so long even with two jobs since it’s more relaxing and less effort than a grueling long fic lol. It should be easier to manage my time with a one-shot versus a long fic.

Hey all!

I know it’s been almost two months since I last posted. In my head I thought I would get done sooner, so that’s why I didn’t post any update about what’s going on, but since it keeps stretching out, I decided to just write an author’s note to keep you all informed.

The truth is, I recently got a second job, so I’m working a day job and a night job which has taken up most of my time. Then, I was preparing for C2E2 (which was super fun and I got all the LaDs goodies, I really needed that weekend to myself), so all my attention was going towards that. That’s why I haven’t been able to post anything for a while. And in the future, updates may continue to take a month or more due to my new lifestyle of juggling two jobs. Ideally I’ll eventually get just one job, but for now I need to make ends meet with what I got.

However, I do have good news— I AM ALMOST DONE WITH THE NEXT CHAPTER. I haven’t been able to write super fast, but I’m still always writing whenever I have down time! Now that everything is settling back down, I hope to finish the chapter by either this week or next week. To make up for the long hiatus in between, this chapter is gonna be another super long one and will have SEVERAL lore references to events mentioned in Zayne and Caleb cards. So I hope the wait was worth it and you all will enjoy!
