An evening when i was driving through holland tunnel and was stuck in traffic due to an incident occurred in front of tunnel blocking all the traffic and i looked at my right side, and there was a girl who was driving in her Lexus which could take 4 more people but she was alone, i though i could make something that will reduce the traffic in crowded cities like NYC, London etc .
