Last day of the latest program at @strongsidenewwest and it is also the last program of 2016. On to the new program next week and to making 2017 a good year. A little bit of trivia, I bought this shirt at the @nineinchnails concert for for the"With Teeth" album tour back in 2005. To my dismay, I found out that it was too small for me. Oh, one more thing about yesterday at @strongsidenewwest I was able to do four reps for the first two sets of my unassisted chin ups. That's an improvement over last week. So I did a thing today. I had my fourth day this week at @strongsidenewwest today of my new program. That's right, day four. Also, yesterday I did another thing. I was able to do four sets of unassisted chin ups and I did four reps on the first set. This is something I have never been able to done before. When I first started doing chin ups it was with several bands and I struggled doing just two reps. Talk about improvements. I also wasn't feeling my best yesterday, but after doing four reps on the first set, that changes for the better real quick.
