Your anti-feminist response to that anon would be on the ball if feminists were still radical feminists. You should know that a) I'm not a woman b) feminists are much more intersectional now. In other words, feminists do not subscribe to this idea of "a safe haven for women." Women aren't as concerned over "women's only spaces" and the such or replacing the patriarchy with the matriarchy. So while it is a valid criticism of that sort of thinking, it isn't a valid criticism of feminism.

Intersectional aka “how can we apply our nonsense to more groups than just men and women in an attempt to legitimise it”
In other words, feminists do not subscribe to this idea of “a safe haven for women.”
Liar, liar, pants on fire.
Feminists, next to CRTs, are the only ones who demand safe spaces in e.g. universities. They want safe spaces from men, from different ideas, from critique etc.
replacing the patriarchy with the matriarchy.
The Patriarchy™, as per the conceptualisation of feminism, cannot be replaced since it does not exist. It is a made up concept.
Patriarchies and matriarchies as concepts from anthropology are only very vague categorisations of cultures and societies.
What we can say, is that we live in a society which is trying to please women and meet their supposed demands, both in general and in politics, and those who claim to represent women - falsely, like feminists for example - have a lot of say because of that, and are given a lot of tolerance and leeway for doing and saying very absurd things - in the supposed name of womanhood.
Can such a society be called “matriarchy”? Since it is merely the result of more or less general human tendencies, I don’t think we need a special name for this kind of society. It’s simply society. Some parts are more ass-kissing to women, some are less. Some women are very interested in having the female ego ass-kissed, some are not at all.
Whether that social structure overall is a good thing or a bad thing or even avoidable is another question altogether.
it isn’t a valid criticism of feminism.
Whatever is unique and original to feminism can be considered part of feminism.
Your angle on feminist apologia is nothing new. While I am open to hear a potential response, I have to say, at the moment I do not feel particulary thrilled about berating another individual about the same errors and fallacies which have come up for countless times in the past whenever some wannabe “good and nice moderate” appears to create the political equivalent of slippery margarine.
Feel free to take a look into my feminism / antifeminism tag and go a few pages back, or leave me another message, however depending on the tangibleness of the content of your message I will answer when I feel enthusiastic enough about it, so probably sometime next week.
