Does it not touch your heart to know that this weekend 42 hours of prayer will be sent up into heaven from Volusia County - from east to west - from north to south - different cities, different congregations - one heart, one spirit - standing in the gap to see this people ready for the return of Jesus our Messiah?!?! THERE ARE STILL 12 HOURS NOT COVERED - ARE THERE 12 MORE PEOPLE WHO WILL SAY YES - SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO ENLARGE OUR TENT? This is the year to move out with courage that comes from the faith we have in Him, in His love and faithfulness for us, to move into our destinies. Others have heard the words 'hope', 'favor', 'fulfillment of things hoped for'. This year we will experience the final 2 blood moons of the tetrad, symbolizing a time of severe judgment and then redemption. Truly we are witnessing much unrest in our nation and severe cruelty in the Middle East and parts of Africa. The second book of Timothy contains a wealth of instruction on the way we should live our lives during these end days to be considered a righteous people. Please pray these admonitions over our people locally, as well as the global church... that when God looks at our region he sees 'the 10 righteous' and will not bring judgment. - Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord ... that His children will boldly proclaim His name. God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. - That we would walk in the holy calling for which He saved us, not according to our works, but according to His own purposes - That we will retain the standard of sound words which come from our faith and love in Jesus the Messiah, by His grace - As good soldiers, we will not entangle ourselves in the affairs of everyday life, so that we will please the One who has enlisted us - Let us not wrangle about words, but let us be diligent to present ourselves approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. - Let us avoid worldly and empty chatter which leads to ungodliness, not quarelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition - Flee from all types of lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith love and peace with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart. - All who live godly will be persecuted - Abba give us your grace - Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season - Let us look for and love His appearing ... and let us say with Paul ...I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith... and in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness. Please pray for those being persecuted at the hands of ISIS and other like groups. Children and women are being sold as property and used as sex slaves, there are crucifixions, beheadings, and every imaginable cruelty. We know that terrorism is been emboldened, and our hearts grieve for the attacks in Paris. The racial tensions in our nation are I suspect as high as they have ever been. Continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. And above all salvation for all - that God wishes non would perish. Thank you Holy Ones - set apart for God.
