Missing Pan & Frankie special
We're always excited to see new cafes pop up around Bukit Timah, and this one is a gem! Named The Missing Pan, this little cafe has its own elevator that services ground and second floor, and an open-kitchen concept on both floors so you can watch the kitchen staff prep your food.
One of the main reasons for coming here is their excellent dessert, the Mela Con Formaggi. Made of apples, banana caramel sauce, chocolate soil, citrus mascarpone, parmigiano reggiano chips, and home-made honeycomb, this dessert is absolutely divine. With cafes popping up all over the island (mostly selling the same things), this really sets The Missing Pan apart from the rest. Other customers around us always ask about this when we order it!
I brought the new special edition Frankie along to unwind, while Alex read his book. It's packed with pretty freebies!
Val told me about it, and I couldn't resist when I saw it for myself. I usually don't spend a lot of money on magazines, but this one's a keeper!
