I read this fic where Neil “does” in Baltimore and the Foxes believe it. He goes into Witsec, but Romero finds him and makes Andrew beg. Neil has visited Eden’s Twilight and Aaron saw him but he was really drunk. Neil and Roland exchanges numbers.
