Welcome to the Ice Cream House. The 2016 home in Waco, TX is currently an Airbnb, and has 3bd, 2ba, 2,355sqft. The house is being sold fully furnished and the buyer can either rent it out as an Airbnb or transition to a private residence. $750k.

I must say it’s very well done.  My Dr.’s office has the same couches in the lobby- they’re very pretty.

This hall seems awfully narrow- maybe the stone walls and heavy doors took up a lot of space.

I guess they don’t realize that the money they spent on the stone walls, wood floors and ceilings would’ve bought a better house. 

This is quite a grand entrance for a tiny one bedroom cottage in the UK. There’s a lot of estate style statuary.

The living room is chock full of Betty Book memorabilia. 

The galley kitchen is packed with red & black accents as the theme of the home is red, white, and black. This small house is into maximalism and makes the most of every inch of space.

There’s a glitzy Eiffel Tower in the bedroom that is so small, the 2nd nightstand has to stand against the glass doors that open to the patio.

This is lovely, but so cluttered. It would make a sweet little house, if they pared down some of their stuff and chose smaller furniture.

The yard and garden are pretty large and there’s also a hot tub.
