The cover of a 3 ring binder. Has a nice design combining the McDonald's golden arches with the LAX Theme Building. To my knowledge this isn't easily found on the internet which is a shame because it really is a good design.

Will be donating the binder to the Route 66 McDonalds museum. The spine has a 'paid invoices' label on it so obviously it was used at the restaurant. Was purchased at a thrift store in So Cal some distance from the airport, no idea how it ended up there.
