From what he’s seen Roxy doesn’t seem to be that bad of a girl, woman. He’s got very odd reactions towards anyone of the opposite gender that’s even mildly attractive, adorable or just plain both. Most of the women it seemed in midnight city fell under both. He tries not to judge anyone too harshly but Roxy seems a very cheeky sort. He worries about her from time to time and wishes he was more forward to just ask the Mayor to make it a law that anyone under a certain age or level of adorable couldn’t be allowed anywhere without a chaperone.

Paint would absolutely totally completely love Roxy if it weren’t for the minor complicating detail that she went rogue and kidnapped her friend.
Even so, Paint knows Roxy is genuinely really sorry, and has been told at length that she’s screwed up quite a bit. It doesn’t exactly make her feel any better to know Roxy has suffered greatly for her blunder. But it makes the prospect of making her feel any worse for it rather hollow and unpleasant.
In the end, Paint feels sorry for her, thinks she’s a good girl who made a (really big) mistake, and would still rather see the Felt take revenge on herself than Roxy.
