Aside from Springtrap, Peter doesnât exactly have enemies. Heâs usually quite empathetic towards others, so itâs difficult for him to feel antagonized by them, no matter their actions or intent toward himâhence why even after Springtrap has beaten him near to death, he doesnât bear any ill will towards it.
As for meeting Springtrap, he is, of course, an archaic animatronic that was formerly titled SpringBonnie, and is now possessed by the vengeful spirit of William Afton. Williamâs malicious behavior towards Peter stems from his mistaking Peter for his father Jeremy, who had been a former employee at Freddyâs, and whom he strongly believes to be responsible for his death.
Prior to his death, William had been the sole owner of his franchised Freddy Fazbearâs Pizza locationâoriginally it had been a partnership, however, his partner had committed suicide several years beforehand. During his partnership, he had been a divorced single father, though his daughter had gone missing early on in the business. William held Fazbear Entertainment responsible for what happened to his daughter, and in an attempt to avenge her, he strove to tarnish the company name, resulting in his eventual becoming of a serial killer.

The boyâs eyes light with a spark of unease, his posture tense and fingers curled deep into the palms of his hands. He bites his lip, taking a moment to process the correct way to go about his answer. His eyes glance downward as he finally draws a breath, finding something, at least, to say about his dear old dad.

One of Peterâs biggest pet peeves is being referred to as a Mexican. A majority of his school experience was spent suffering through mocking and bigoted comments made in reference to his ethnicity. As a second generation American who has never been outside of the United States, it is quite irksome for him to encounter such discriminating situations. For those who insist on bothering him in this way, they will often be met with a sour attitude, an outright insult, or even possibly a physical confrontation.
Some of the âwittyâ comments heâs crossed through the years include being asked where his green card is, if it was difficult for his family crossing the border, and even being told directly that he is in fact not an American at all and should not be allowed to date American women.
âYay! Thank you so muuuuuch!!â Springy said gratefully. He tilted his head when he saw the cigarette, which to him just look like a glowing stick. It seemed oddly familiar to him for some reason, but he couldnât quite place what it looked like. It was a good thing too, if he figured out it related to fire, heâd probably freak out.
The other thing he noticed was the red on his hands. It made him extremely uneasy. He didnât show that much though. Heâd seen a lot of fake blood tonight, and figured it was more of that. He wasnât quite sure why Monty had it on though. Celebrating alone, perhaps? The bun decided to think about coming back a little later, just to give him a little company.
âSee you again soon!â Springy said while waving goodbye. Next was Thomas and Alice! He paused. How was he supposed to get there again?... Oh right, a door thingie. Springy made his way to one and hopped through, then ran up to their home and knocked on the door. âTrick or treeeeaaaaat!!!â
