No one complains about a vacation to California, but I just missed the hottest day in Belgium ever! I mean, I missed getting stuck in the middle of nowhere because it was too hot for the diesel trains to run, I missed the Colruyt (a warehouse supermarket) refrigerator public cooling down communion. I missed sleeping in a tent on our dead golden brown grass lawn because it’s too d... hot to sleep inside.
