Hello, friendly anon here! What are your otp and notp for Severus? Any weird ships?
In terms of OTP; I don’t genuinely ship Severus with anyone. I personally feel he is too closed off emotionally to be in a proper relationship. I can see brief affairs with certain characters like Lucius, Narcissa, etc. The only times I really ship him with characters are in specific AU’s where certain things in his past didn’t happen OR/AND he survives the war and begins to slowly recover and repent (and even in that latter one it’s not always a stable relationship). ALL THAT BEING SAID - I ship mostly on chemistry.
The things I won’t do are Severus and any of the Marauders ( just because I cannot see it ever happening ); anything incestuous, anything pedophiliac or with MAJOR age gaps ( all my ships with second gen characters have Severus in his student verse or in a Marauders Era verse ), or Bellatrix Lestrange, Umbridge or Voldemort.
Weird ships? Uh, the weirdest thing you’ll ever find on this blog ( as of now ) is a verse with Neville and it sTARTED OUT AS MEME HOW DID IT END UP LIKE THIS (IT WAS ONLY A MEME... IT WAS ONLY A MEME) but yeah. It’s really only in that established verse that it’s shipped in though and it’s very unstable so... yeah.
