What in the name of Asimov is Forte up to now? Out of his armor (and actually having planned to curl up with a book before heading off to bed), Alto stares at his little brother ā and notably the screwdriver ā in confusion.
ā¦Geez, the kid really does look like a younger himā And thus, by extension, just like their dad. And that screwdriver canāt just be left there. Sighing, Alto sets aside his book and approaches the poor SWN somewhat hesitantly. That glitch might have been fixed, and now that he knows the kidās behaviour was out of his control he feels no resentment, but it still hadnāt been very fun getting beat up in the first placeā By a child, no less!
āI can see that,ā He says as he crouches down to get a look, āLet me seeā¦ā
It takes a couple of minutes ā and quiet apologies should he be hurting Forte in any way ā but Alto finally gets the screwdriver free. āWhat were you doing, anyways?ā
Ā āWell,ā Forte says, wincing when the screwdriver finally pops free. Ā āSome of thā parts for Piano are turning out tā be reallyĀ hard to find, so I thought Iād just give her mine. I can run just fine without most of these, and the sooner we can build her and boot her up the sooner I can look for replacements?ā
He shrugs absently, trying to focus more on his plans than on just how much Alto really looks like his own reflection - minus the face streaks, of course. Itās difficult, though, if just because of how uncanny the similarities really are.Ā
Ā āSo uh. Mind helpinā me open that panel so I can take out the bits I need?ā
