Reworking my human Pomni/Christine design for my fic The Falling Action (my pure excuse to make funnybunny fluff and a fankid), and I basically just changed two things

1. Make her hair poofy

2. FLANNEL

Soooo turns out 4 years and some change stuck in a computer is one hell of a detox—

Trying to figure some stuff out for Jace/Jax and I’m slowly realizing that in the jump from episode 8 to IRL, Jace is probably not good (at least immediately after the circus)

I imagine he would have smoked a couple times before the circus and tries to use it to cope with all his feelings afterwards (which yeah not healthy and Chris tells him as much; don’t smoke kids), but after being in the circus where the closest thing to that he could get was that bubble pipe thing Caine was using, he dies pretty much any time he tries; easy way to get out of that habit I guess.

In the au, they don’t escape immediately after 8, but it’s not that long after. however barely beginning to accept the idea the circus is “real” and then getting thrown into the outside world kinda throws his whole sense of reality off; aka he rationalizes all his feelings with “Caine’s gonna pop up one of these days and say ‘congrats on completing the Caine turns evil adventure!’ and we’ll be right where we started,” And he kinda tries to bide his time till then

…except that never happens…

every morning he wakes up in this body, his real body…

(Edit: the first image was mostly for the funnies, when I gets to it in the actual fic at first he’s a lot more slow and flustered about his feelings towards Chris)
