I hope you've been doing well! It might be a little cold this time of year, but it's just an excuse to drink hot chocolate and wrap yourself in warm blankets! You are so very lovely, so I hope you find a reason to smile today so your beautiful face lights up! Even if it's just a small thing- like how the clouds form silly shapes in the sky. Or maybe this gif (I know it made me smile)!

Welcome to the New (age) Year! Make sure you date your things '2014' instead of '2013' (or, '2012', if you're me)! A '3' is harder to change into a '4'. I know you'll do amazing things this year- I can feel it. Just keep smiling, and look on the bright side of things! That's what the New Year is all about; new beginnings and fresh starts. In fact, the tradition of ringing in the new year supposedly dates back about 4,000 years to Babylonian times. That's pretty impressive!

I hope you're having a wonderful start to the week thus far! You've been working so hard this month, it's almost time to wind down and just relax for a few days. Remember to have patience with others- it's a stressful time of year for others as well. Since it's snowing in most places by now, you've probably heard that 'no two snowflakes are alike'. And it's true! But it took 400,000 scientists to prove it. We're all unique individuals, just like a snowflake (except we don't melt, hallelujah), bettering someone's day just by being you. You are wonderful.
