The Excuse Proposal
I want to be a rapper I want to be an NBA basketball player I want to instagram famous I want to write a book I want to lead an After-School Program I want to live forever I want to make an album I want to be a chef I want to travel to space I want to live in the future I want to learn how to make a lot of money I want to learn how to ride a motorcycle I want to breakdance I want to build a home I want to skydive I want to travel around the world to see volcanoes I want to go to Africa I want to kill someone I want to live in space I want to have a huge gold chain I want to do a music video for someone famous like Rihanna or Beyonce or Kanye etc. Someone black. I want to be on America’s Got Talent I want to free all my brothers and sisters in jail I want to be a progamer The thing I think that I can want right now and achieve, would be to become a chef, in whatever definition that may entail. Either that or to be instagram famous but I think chef makes more sense and is easier probably. I want to learn how to be a chef in order to make amazing meals for myself and those that I love as well as make things that are not so amazing. I think there’s an important link between food and being alive or food and being an artist maybe. To accomplish this I think I would either need someone to teach me virtually or in person, so maybe I will attend culinary classes or watch a lot of cooking shows and tutorials in order to teach myself ways around the kitchen. Perhaps I could try to get employed as a chef somewhere to learn more about what that really means in a professional sense. I’m not sure about a timeline for this.
