Irene hardly knew what to say.  She wanted to hug him-- her, but the fact that she looked exactly like her own self put her off a bit.  She crossed her arms to keep from throwing them around the Count, regarding her with a wide smile instead.  "Oh, I have missed you, darling," she replied, "It's been far too long.  Now...why do you look like me?"

Irene blinked a few times before shaking her head, looking back to the woman before her.  It wasn't a trick her mind was playing; she was most definitely staring back into her own eyes.  "...Vladislaus?  Is that...is that you?"

She pulled herself from the throng of people marching the streets, leaning against the wall and waiting for the being to pass her. Perhaps he would even notice her; a lifeless, pale being might attract his attention as something else...
