One of our favourite places to visit in Tasmania - New Norfolk!
This was taken a few years ago. We love their caravan park, it’s right on the bank of the Derwent River and always try and find a spot in the shade of their huge weeping willows. It’s also easy walking distance to town.Â
One of our favourite shops is The Cake Lady Cafe. Here we are enjoying some savoury scones for morning tea. She does all her own baking and this is her second shop - bigger and better than the first, which was such a tiny little space. It’s fitted out Retro style and the Cake Lady will stand and have a chat with you quite happily, it’s all very friendly.
