percy remembers her orders because she’s picky and cannot handle spice and he never misses an opportunity to make fun of her for it 

25. Who needs more assurance?

i think annabeth needs just a little bit more. homegirl has abandonment issues, and i think it takes a lot of honest conversations and assurance for her to stop waiting for the other shoe to drop with percy 

27. Who would sing to their child back to sleep?

i know it’s widely accepted fanon (and implied canon) that percy can’t sing, but i heard runaway // ben platt and jumped on that shit. now i can’t listen to that song without thinking of percy singing that to their kids

For a split second, the world stops as a shock runs through their bodies, both of them flushing in embarrassment as they quickly remove their hands, the flowers dropping to the floor in the process.
