🚼 - Does your character have or want kids?
He doesn’t have kids but he wants them very badly. Marius wants to find someone (or more than one person, since he’s polyam), and settle down with them. He already chose the role to bear them, since he can, and he doesn’t mind it at all. It’s worth the pain and suffering to him. Granted, maybe not each one, for however many he has, will result in a horrible experience. And he definitely accepts being referred to as “Mama Marius.” He’s very motherly and nurturing, if it wasn’t obvious already.

🐙 - They are crossing the ocean. What are the circumstances and how did they get there?
If he’s crossing the ocean, it’s likely because he’s looking for a new location to stay in for a while, clean up a particularly dirty or polluted area, or help some kind of animal that as been injured or is sick. It’d take him a long time to get there, so he might not get to the animal in time, but he’d stick around to see if the same thing happens again, if what caused the problem has not yet been resolved. If he could help it, he’d swim alongside a pod of whales because they’re usually docile and stick together. He likes that assurance, and he can protect them, just as they can protect him. Thalassophobia doesn’t really bother him, so crossing the ocean isn’t as scary to him. He’s used to it. He is, however, afraid of the depths and whatever the fuck is down there.

The ARC Medic is not a stranger to pain - he experiences it almost every day in the battles between RED and BLU. However, it is not every day that an ill-timed jump from a building resulted in a broken ankle. For a moment, Aldrich was momentarily rather irate - his genetic augmentation had resulted in strengthened bones and sinews.
He must have landed on it just right to warrant a nasty cracking noise from the vicinity of his left ankle and a sharp lance of pain shooting up his leg as he immediately shifted his weight to his good leg. He awkwardly stumbled, cursing under his breath in German before managing to steady out at the end of an utterly embarrassing shamble. Any attempt to return weight back to the injured limb sent sensations of complete wrong into his bones and muscles.
“Fich.” Aldrich snarled, immediately on edge. A wounded Medic - even one as intimidating as he - was as easy kill for any wondering BLUs in the area. The ARC leaned a large gloved hand against a wall before starting to slowly limp his way back to RED’s lines. Hopefully, he would come across either his brother or an Engineer and their Dispenser.
