So. I did a thing. I’m not sure why this idea got stuck in my head, but here you have it.
Christine believes she is content to perform the streets of Paris with her father. But when a reclusive maestro sets his attention upon her, her whole perception of what it means to be truly alive will crumble.
Historical vampire AU. E/C. Rated M for eventual smut and violence.
It’ll be a multi-chapter fic.
Meep.
THE VISITANT
Starring Amy Smart and Doug Jones, all you have to do is slap on a hundred and twenty-three more minutes to this and you’ve got a horror feature. Made back in 2014, director Nicholas Peterson shows us all that’s he more than capable of directing a big screen horror project. The budget is on the screen as Nicholas crafts a creepy, intense story that’s impressive on many levels. The monster/demon design alone is worth the watch, as it’s refreshing to see great practical effects and makeup being spotlighted instead of a weak CGI creation.
The Visitant | Short Horror Film A mother protects her children from a demon.

My husband came home last night! For a while, I just laid in his arms and let a few tears out. He didn’t say anything, but he didn’t have to. This year has been so hard at work, and I let it leak into the rest of my life too much. I’ve got hard decisions to make, and my cardiologist appointment is next week, and I’m one loose thread away from unraveling.
The next chapter of “The Visitant” will probably be yet another week away, but I am writing on it, slowly but steadily. I’ll just be even more MIA for a while.
The next part of “Visitant” is almost done. Maybe it’ll drop tonight?
