In my AU, The Blob's head is Lefte. Because with Henry as The Blob being a horrifying monster, bigger than the one he tried to destroy and basically being a physical manifestation of Henry's pain, grief, suffering, and agony. Why not give The Blob Lefte's head, it would be so ironic because of the fact that Henry is now trapped in the very thing he built to trap his own daughter and bring her to the Pizzeria so that Henry could burn it all to the ground with one destructive act and set himself free from his regrets and free the souls trapped in prisons of his own making. And with the whole plan being doomed to fail, why not have the fire and failure create something far more devastating and gruesome than anything William wanted to be? Plus becoming The Blob would further show Henry's descent into madness and show how Henry's easy fix wouldn't truly fix the problem.
With Henry having been the face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza for so long. From wearing the sweaty Fredbear suit to entertain kids, to his slow descent into madness, becoming twisted by his perpetuated suffering, and standing by as people died and allowing William to run ramped for years. He was in fact, still the face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza as it became corrupted over the years despite starting with good intentions. And now as The Blob, Henry is once again, the face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Its more of progression to his character arc than punishment. I personally love Henry's morally grey characterization and I don't see him as a villain nor hero. Just a flawed father and broken man who was another victim of William, suffered from the grief of losing his daughter, and he went through a lot of pain while not being in a good headspace, lying awake every night feeling guilt and despair consume him. Making him The Blob would've showed more of Henry's story and add so much more horror to the point your heart drops to your stomach when you remember Pizza Sim
