My second custom Funko is done!

Presenting Pyramid Steve!

He's ready to steal copper wires and defeat Jimbo & Merble Evergreen! And sell you some bootleg DVDs while hes at it...

I must admit this one was much harder than my Will Cipher one, and he's not perfect. His hat gave me a lot of trouble, the final one he's sporting was the fourth one I made. But I am very proud of how he turned out regardless.

I used Polymer clay for his hat and tie. Air dry clay to fill in his arm and head holes and acrylic paint and mod podge. E6000 glue was used to glue on his hat and tie.

Another quick update for ya!

I tried out the eyelashes and he looked awful (and took me an hour to paint over) so I'm going to leave them off.

His tie and body are done, they just need sealing up. That will be tomorrows mission. Then I can glue his tie on!

His hat is still in the works... It's a frustrating piece of work.

The steveing continues...

His holes have been filled, and his skin is now yellow! I've started on his eye and hope to get that and his legs done today! Then it's on to his bastard hat. I am onto hat number 3 (I made the first two too big) and i have high hopes this one will work out. I'm using the remains of the plastic hat brim and air dry clay. I still need to work on the brim part but the top part is done and just needs to finish drying in the sun and then i can sand it, paint it and glue it on.

His tie is already made up and just needs painting, i used polymer clay to make it as it's small and air dry clay would be too brittle at that thickness.

The Steveing Continues...

An update on Steve.

I have bought some Magenta Paint for his hat and Cobalt Blue for his Legs and Eye.

And I bought a fine tip black paint pen for his lashes and a new brush to paint him yellow with.

My old brush was getting kinda scraggly xD

I have also cut off as much of his bow tie as possible and plan to sand down the rest before painting.

I have a better cutting tool at home so the rest will have to wait till I get back.
