Lucanis and Illario take a contract in the Anderfels, and the brothers cousins have a long overdue chat.

Featuring: Antivan Crows doing what they do best, canon-compliant Dellamorte banter, Andraste's Holy Cabbage, and just a little, teeny-tiny taste of Ossuary Trauma.

Excerpt:

“I cannot believe I let you drag me out here,” Illario said. Again. His cousin had complained ceaselessly ever since they entered the forest. It’d been hours.  Lucanis didn’t bother pointing out that Illario had been eager to come on this contract. Bellara had left for Arlathan a few days earlier, and Illario had jumped at the chance to do something exciting of his own.  Which meant Embria was alone back in Treviso. Or, wherever she was while Lucanis was gone. He supposed she had no reason to linger in his city if he wasn’t there. Perhaps she would go to Arlathan, too, see the griffons or maybe help Bellara with this new eluvian project? Regardless, he hoped she was doing something fun.  Focusssssss, hissed Spite.  Lucanis sighed. The demon was right, of course. A contract in the Anderfels backwoods was no place to be distracted. Even if thinking of Embria was much preferred to listening to his cousin gripe.  Could make. Him stop! Spite said, grinning. Foreverrrrrrrrr. Lucanis glared at the demon, who only grinned wider.

IRL there are lard pigs and meat pigs, but do they also have hair pigs? like irl there is a breed of pig that grows wool but it's not useful for fibercraft because of its coarseness, but there's really nothing stopping them from breeding pigs who grow wool that is useful for fibercraft

having an oc thats from one of the countries bioware has given us very little about was fun for creative reasons but it just made me wish i knew what was actually going on there

im gonna be sad if it makes me retcon some more important things but <3 the anderfels <3 wardens my beloved <3
