A Toast...
Ok, so I'm losing a really good friend. Like an incredibly awesome friend. And it sucks. A lot. But I guess life moves on, right? I'm trying to be positive, but it's hard. Especially when you know you won't meet another person like that. Someone who encourages your wild and crazy antics, adds on to them with "what if we did this too" and "how about we do this as well because we'll get in more trouble that way". Someone who drives you crazy, uses biting as trust exercises, (weird story), and who says things like, "where is PinkiePie's pink cocaine?!" (Another weird story). Someone who drives you crazy but still keeps you totally sane. I know I won't find another friend like that. Other people will hear my ideas and comments and give me weird looks, and tell me I'm an idiot. My friend does that too, but then catches up to my thoughts with a lot of "what ifs". It usually ends up with us being separated and getting into trouble. And lots of laughing and much, much awkward silence. You are strange, crazy, slightly terrifying and incredibly odd, but I still love you like you were my sibling, or goldfish, or dog. Yeah, I probably sound weird and dumb and maybe a little sentiMENTAL. But I really don't care. So, I guess this is for you, my dear friend. *raises wine glass full of Dr. Pepper* here's to you, Francois.
