I know i've mentioned once or twice that I'm married.
I seriously don't know what I'd do without her. She's knocked out next to me and the dog is passed out in her crate. I'm so thankful for the times she''s sat with me in the ER. The days that she's sat in the waiting rooms of hospitals and doctor's offices. The stupid videos shes gotten of me messed up on sedation. The times she's run to the pharmacy last minute.
She lays next to me, and all i can think of is how grateful I am for her patience. Her unending kindness.
I love our silly moments together, the hours we've spent laughing together. The moves we've made together (USA -> China -> back to the US.) The silly argument's we've had over anime men (I still stand on my Giyuu stance.)
After all of this, I never thought I'd ever get to experience in my lifetime. I truly thought I wouldn't make it past 16, but here I am in my 20's, spending them with you.
In every universe, in every reincarnation, I'd choose to be your wife. In every life, I'd seek you out, even if we're just friends. In every world, I kneel before you, tying your sneakers. In every kneel, I'll always kiss the scar on your knee from that surgery. I'll bandage your wounds, I'll always lay down my brain for us to unravel.
I'll never forget the way you looked on the day you and I said "I do". I'll always remember the feel of your dress on my fingers. The way I nearly fell into you trying to step down from the altar and the way you giggled. I'll never forget the way your piercings felt on my lips. The matcha perfume you wear everyday, the way that I hope that it'll never wash out of the bedding.
I think fondly of the woman I married. Wouldn't you if she sat beside you despite everything? The woman who said "I love you, my darling." on the day where my darkest thoughts lingered in my head. I love you, but of course, with the sole exception of Satoru Gojo, of course.
