ooooh, that’s kind of a great story! okay. do you have popcorn? okay. have some and then come back to listen to it.

when i finished reading the harry potter series for the third time, i realized that at the lightning era, my favorite trio was the silver one and that my favorite character was Luna Lovegood. here in brazil we don’t call her “Loony”, we call her “Dilua”, which is also a way of saying that the person changes her mind about things really quickly. and i was eleven at the time, so i changed my mind about things very easily. and i made an odd type of connection:

“if i am Dilua, i probably am like Luna. and if i am like Luna, i should act like her.” 

and i did. at the interwebs, in real life, at home, i just wanted to be like that like girl that was incredibly naive and strong at the same time. like an innocent little child that is a cinnamon roll at once and then a SINnamon role the next second. (Luna is fucking badass, she fucking found the fucking Ravenclaw symboled horcrux!!! can you imagine finding it? just by talking to a sad ghost?)

and i like to remember that. because the reason why i entered the harry potter fandom was that i was acting like Luna. people recognized that and told me that i acted like her and that they wanted to be friends with me. we had a group and I was their Luna, while we had a Merlin, a Sirius, a Marlene, a Lily and all other types of character from different eras of the Harry Potter world. it was amazing. we were like a big fandom family. and i miss everyone of them.

did you get popcorn for that, rose? if you did, i’d like to apologize, because it wasn’t as great as i thought it was. there are so many memories in my head and so little words to describe how it was that i don’t even know how to write that down. i’m sorry if i disappointed you. here, lemme have some of that popcorn you. i like it buttery. do you like it buttery too?
