So one of the things Iâm going to have to really learn as a trainer (outside of cleaning up my language) is that some people are just going to fail. No amount of note taking, open book options, retesting, or telling them point blank âthis is super important for the test you are about to take hint hint, nudge nugeâ will make them pass.Â
Conversely, I hate when I try to teach someone in class and can tell from the get-go that they are 100% no suited for the job at all and have exactly zero common sense to help them along - but somehow they pass tests. I can only watch them go to the floor and try to stay hopeful that they just need a bit of time and will do better.Â

dr ayo, have any coursers had any sort of nervous breakdowns? i know that coursers are... coursers, but theyre still almost identical to humans, right? and breakdowns are often caused by severe overwork and sleep deprivation and things like that. i just think itd be embarrassing to find out that one of your coursers started sobbing in the middle of an assignment for seemingly no reason. and maybe you could be a little less harsh on your coursers in order to avoid that from happening?
