We ordered this entry way thing from bed bath and beyond. It came without one of the pieces so we contacted them. They said the piece will arrive in 3-5 days. So two weeks later we contacted them again and they said they no longer have the piece to send and we need to unbuild and repackage the thing and send it back in order to get a refund. Ugh.
