I also love that the city reeks of weed sometimes (high Ilya when). Shane would love Berlin (I did) he could be anonymous there bc no one would really care about hockey, there's a huge gay club scene (like MTL but that's too close to home for comfort) and everyone smokes. It would make him anxious people smoke inside (same) and the hot tops would break his heart because they're not Ilya. But yay thank you!! It’s a personal fav of mine hehe because I really do think Shane would seek little parts of Ilya however he could find them. Even if he didn’t know he was doing it. Like Ilya taught him desire, it makes me think that Ilya would always be a part of sex for Shane- like he’s so intrinsically linked to sex and need for Shane.
Oh my I can’t even think about shaneybug having a proper like ho phase in the clubs. I don’t think he’s build for casual sex really- but I do think that would be a juicy idea- seeing him try and learn what he wants without his Ilya. Would be so angsty too, ugh.
