10 years ago today, Spring Awakening on Broadway closed and I’m pretty sure we all thought our lives were ending. It’s wild to look back at that night of tears, phone calls, and AIM chats and think that in reality, our lives had barely even begun. So much has happened since that night. The show has, in many ways, steered my entire life trajectory and I can honestly say that this little group of friends I met in the pits of internet fan forums is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I have no idea where I would be without them, their support, and their ability to make me scream laugh.
