Updates thrice weekly, MWF
This week has been a bit disappointing so here's a list of things that make me happy:
Sending funny pictures and sharing memes with my brother.
Getting into fresh laundered sheets after taking a shower.
When Grace puts her head on my shoulder.
The coconut smell of my shampoo.
One on one time with each of my nieces.
Hearing my older brother talk about sports.
When good things happen to people I admire and respect.
Having a steady income (because sometimes it’s not about how much I’m making, just that I am making something)
Brain Dump
I fell asleep for a few hours and woke up when I had a dream about a certain someone I haven't heard from in months. He said one word. I was so shocked I had no reaction and failed to say anything back.
I like my grocery store. When I walk through the doors I always go right. It leads me past the florist section (which I admire), through the bakery (that tempts me) and into the produce.
I grew up eating a lot of processed foods and have, for about three years, been experimenting with "real" food. I feel proud of myself when the child's seat of my cart is flowing with color.
