Bobs Burgers x Rescue Bots
- Woodrow and Charlie both loved “The Deepening 3D” as kids. Mostly as a “so bad it’s good” movie they could turn their brains off to.
- Woodrow mentions on one of their calls that the mechanical shark from the movie is going on display in the same town the movie was filmed in, and that on his way back, he was gonna stop there to see the shark and that if they can, everyone should meet him in Seymour’s Bay so they could all see the shark together!
- Charlie is actually kind of excited to see the shark in person and he shows the movie to everyone that night (He forgot about some of the not PG scenes on accident and Cody’s siblings had to cover his eyes 5 different times) Kade, Dani, Graham, and Cody just don’t get what this is until Charlie says he knows, it’s just so bad it’s good and then they understand COMPLETELY. Heatwave doesn’t understand why you would watch something if it’s not good, Chase is overthinking how many laws the CIA is breaking holding the shark’s baby hostage, Boulder is right there with him because he can’t stomach animal cruelty, and Blades actually enjoys the movie and feels for the shark.
- Realistically I think Chief Burns would go with Cody and Chase to the unveiling of the shark
- They meet the Belchers (sorta) after the shark rips off the prosthetic arm and Louise yells “Thank you God!”
- It was then father, son, and adopted robot alien cop son realize they may have bit off more than they could chew
- When the shark starts going berserk and the town starts making plans to stop the shark Charlie takes control of the situation enough to put Hugo in is place (he was a massive jerk this episode and Charlie gives off so much dad energy you don’t wanna make him mad or be dumb around him)
- When shark gets tangled in the spikes and hits the fire truck Charlie and Cody wince and Chase has to offline his vocalizer or risk humans hearing him gasp.
- The oil and the electricity just make Charlie want to put his head in sand. How has Griffin Rock managed to deal with worse BETTER???
- When the shark burrows under the restaurant Charlie goes in with Bob, Teddy, and Mort
- Cody comes in with the Belcher kids to turn on the ice cream machine to deactivate the shark
- Charlie manages (with Chase’s help) to catch Fischoder before he runs off when Bob asks about preparing the restaurant (he also lays down the law about how Fischoder tries to pin everything on Bob when Fischoder both bought the shark and employed his carnies to set the thing up)
- When Hugo tries to take credit for everything Cody interrupts and sets everything straight (idk how, I just want ✨karma✨ and I feel like Cody deserves to put someone in their place)
- Tina looks at Cody and says “If only you were 14”. Cody has no idea what that means
