#texting 101

Bonus on how the conversation actually went down😋 (Also my sister will just leave me on read for awhile and then out of nowhere just start texting me. She’s weird like that.)

______ Marik, look! I’ve finally figured out this dreaded device. It seems we can send messages back and forth by typing. I believe the mortals call it ‘texting’. You’re welcome. @hypnoanalysis

Answer with one word.

1. ALWAYS apologize when you reply 30+ minutes later, and even better tell her what you were doing 2. If she texts you late at night saying she can’t sleep, ask her if she is ok. Most of the time the answer is no. Be prepared to comfort her, or even call her. 3. let her know that you enjoy talking to her every once in a while. Say things like “talking to you always makes my day” it will make her want to talk to you more 4. Don’t let her be the one that always texts first. (Obviously) 5. Use smiley faces and emojis whenever it feels fitting But not too often 6. Whenever she sends a text that is hard to respond to, just ask random questions! Girls love to be asked questions 7. Try to send goodnight or good morning texts every once in a while, let her know she’s on your mind 8. Text her like she means the world to you. Let your feelings flow into words. Never send anything that would make her question whether you like her or not 9. And most importantly don’t let texting be your main source of conversation, face to face is always better!
