RACHEL: I have managed to track down forum chatter with nothing but raves, so congratulations.

[ Considering how their last conversation ends and there's been silence between then since, Rachel doesn't expect to receive a Valentine from Jessi. And, of course, its words give her pause. She's unsure if Jessi wants a response, but since Shelby didn't raise her exhibit poor manners, Rachel knows at the very least a thank you is in order. If Jessi chooses not respond, well then Rachel will have her answer. ]
