Daily Learning Checklist
Pimsleur Lesson - x I had to re-listen to yesterday’s lesson to get all the little words. They’re adding on the writing portion now, so I guess that means I gotta order the workbook.
Drops - x
Memrise - x Couldn’t answer a bunch of the hearing ones because I’m in the office, haha, but the spelling practice is good while I search for the Pimsleur workbook.
Podcast listening - Not done yet, but the day is young.
I also applied to an international pen pal website and messaged a girl around my age about possibly practicing Icelandic with her? If anyone here is interested in being a penpal, either online or snail mail, hit me up!
Daily Learning Checklist
Pimsleur Lesson - x I finished Lesson 9 today. We started incorporating numbers into sentences.
Drops - x I’m too cheap to pay for the full pack so I just do a little 5 minute flash cards lesson to get familiar with the spelling. I’ll be in Iceland soon so I’d rather focus on speaking phrases than reading little words like “fork” and “girl”.
Memrise - x Bit the bullet and paid for their full service. They’re having a sale right now. I found a pretty good flashcard kit for basic vocab.
Podcast listening - x I’ve done about one hour so far, with plans to finish the other hour throughout the rest of my workday.
