Eifort's Chicken & Cut Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Pulled Fried Chicken Breast
2 1.67 oz. packages Pioneer Chicken Pot Pie Meal Sauce & Seasoning Mix
1 14.75 oz. can Kendale Farms Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
1 liter of PentaWater, heated
½ cup Ripple Foods Unsweetened Milk
2 TBS Challenge Butter
4 TBS McCormick Minced Onions
2 TBS Spice World Minced Garlic
2 tsp McCormick Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Al Fez Harissa
1 12oz pack No Yolks Pasta Dumplings
1 Gallon Niagara Distilled Water
Directions:
In a Bialetti Ceramic Pro add Cream of Chicken, Meal Sauce Seasoning Mix, PentaWater, Ripple, Garlic, Onion, Pepper, Harissa, and Butter. Whisk together with a Fox Run Silicone Whisk. Bring to a boil while whisking continuously for a velvety texture. Once sauce has came to a boil remove from heat and continue whisking as sauce cools for five minutes. Let Sauce Stand.
Next, in a Bialetti 7593 add Niagra Distilled Water and a teaspoon of sauce. Bring to a boil. Add Dumplings. Cook 10-12 minutes.
Then, with a Fox Run Skimmer Spoon add Dumplings to sauce. Add pulled Chicken. Next, Fold the Dumplings into the sauce with a Nambe Curvo Spoonula. Let Cool. Heat & Serve.
