First #snapus of the year and first ones from after knee strengthening for a month. Still shaky but I felt stronger than I was at the end of the year. The hardest thing for athletes is to know when to rest. There's a fine line and no exact science with how much to push yourself and how long to heal. Listen to your body and don't get discouraged if your expectations aren't met. Two months ago these were easy then a month later a small tweak to my right knee took away all of my explosive jumping strength.
