// Hey, everyone! Guess whoās got a jam-packed weekend? This gal!
But, good news: Iāll be on for a bit as I write a paper (so I donāt have to do it later, yāknow?) And, in the process, I found out a fun Whovian fact that I never knew while doing my homework for my film course!
Fun Fact!
The Tenth Doctorās favorite French phrase,Ā āAllons-y, Alonso!ā, is not just something fun he came up with and a name he pulled out of nowhere--itās actually an informal French phrase playing on the similar-sounding words, essentially translating into,Ā āLetās go, Daddy-o!ā
Its most famous use is in the 1965 French film, GodardāsĀ Pierrot le Fou, where itās the catchphrase of the main character, Ferdinand.

So, in other words, not only is Ten a French language nerd, but heās also a film nerd. Who knew!
okay we all did but this confirms my headcanon okay
Anyway. Fun fact aside, Iām gonna try and get going with this paper! Iāll see you again soon, everyone!
