Fall of Temen-ni-gru.

How long had he been wandering? His hair had grown past his shoulders at this point, and the once-white sheen was more of a dirty silver. He felt disgusting. Naked, battered. Covered in blood. When was the last time he had been to the human realm? What was the last thing he remembered? 

Dante, reaching out to him, and like a fool he had cast his brother away with a flick of his blade, falling backwards into his birthright.

How he made it off Fortuna island without being seen, Vergil did not know. But he staggered through the forest that lined the bank of the ocean that led to the isolated place, lost and, for once in his life, afraid.

But then there was that smell. Familiar and odd at the same time, like an old memory that he couldn’t quite place after all these years. Ancient and powerful. A familiar face in the  crowd. 

Vergil halted in his wandering, staring forward.

my opinion on;

character in general: Well since you’re multi-muse I’ve mainly seen your Dante and Kyriebut both are really well done. But I love Dante. I have loved him from the very moment I saw the DMC games cause damn he’s a funny guy. I got into dmc because of him. And the Kyrie I don’t really have to much of an opinion on her she’s sweet but I’ve never been someone to like the damsel in distress character’s but i do like her.how they play them: Magnificently. Dante and Kyrie are in character and they have so much life to them. I love watching their rps and how the play outthe mun: Don’t know ya but you seem really nice!

[Can we have a villain that exists for the sake of being a villain?

Okay, so, I played this monstrosity all the way through twice, trying for some reason to determine if there were any good points in the story. My verdict was that Kat was the only thing sustaining me. 

It’s been a minute since 2013 tho, but I think i remember the gameplay picking up after the intro. It gets better when you have more weapons to deal with. Because combo.

My Opinion on;

Character in general:  You’ve already got a load of my rants and tl;dr I hate a majority of the characters the way Capcom itself portrays them because it’s such a load of wasted potential and we could write better dialogue and development in our goddamn sleep. What the fuck did they do to Dante and Trish and Lady? All of these characters outlived their relevancy past the first game they showed up in, and I can’t say anything about Kyrie because she didn’t have much of a character to begin with, and Sparda is an impressive lesson about how you can spend four games giving us the legend of a character and reiterating how much impact their actions caused on the rest of the setting and yet tell us so astoundingly little by the end of it that we still need a game on this fucker.How they play them: Take my rant just now, print it out on a piece of paper, then crumple the piece of paper up and toss it in the trash because this rant does not and will never apply directly to the way you play them unless it’s a venn diagram showing “Capcom’s portrayal” and “Your portrayal” where the circles don’t even touch because you actually made them all seem like distinct people with understandable motivations for their actions and not interchangeable cardboard cutouts and walking tropes and plot devices to drive the game at the expense of their intelligence.
