"Don’t look at me like that."
"It’s not you, Professor."
We decided that if in the event Erik and I have to name a child it shall be called Henrik... oh. We didn't think that far ahead. We can call her Henrietta? That works. I don't know. I'm going to stop this now before it gets any weirder. Thank you for your time, Hank!
"Yeah...no problem?"
We were on YouTube and we found a video of a baby singing The Beatles' Don't Let Me Down and I asked Erik if I could have one and Erik said yes so... Yes. Erik wants to call the baby Gustav. And why not Henry? Apparently it has to be German so it would be Henrick. It's better than Gustav.
"I guess it's better...I would hate to grow up with a name like Gustav. But what if it's a girl?"
"Wait are we actually talking about this...?"
Don't be stupid, Hank. We're two men. Besides, at what point would this child have been conceived? No. All I want to know is, theoretically, what do you think the child should be called? Perhaps we could name it after you? Henry.Okay - now Erik is suggesting Gustav!
"Erm...why are you and Erik discussing hypothetical baby names then?"
"And no not Henry...wait Gustav?"

Erik wants to call it Edmund but I think Groovy is slightly more appropriate. Originally it was going to be called Charles Francis Xavier II but Erik said it sounded like "some kind of king, about to get close to the guillotine." Then I suggested Cherik because it combined both our names but that was stupid so I settled for Groovy.
"..."
"Charles, are you and Erik having a baby that I'm not aware of?"
Hank - this is a completely theoretical question but - would it be possible to combine the DNA of, say, Erik and I to create a child grown in a lab environment to make a baby which is 100% awesome? Also - isn't Groovy Xavier a good name for a child?
"Erm, I'm good at science and all, but I don't think I could produce life from two sperm cells."
"...Why?"
Definitely not Acid | Hank and Charles
Hank couldn't stop pacing, glad he was in the labs where very few people ever ventured. On the table sat a syringe full of a dark orange, fully prepped for use. Him and Charles had been referring to it as 'acid'. Hank snorted out loud. He only wished it was acid. No, it was serum which could dampen telepathic abilities. He knew it would work, but to what extent? On one hand, it could simply make them a bit fuzzier. On the other, the serum could quite possibly make thoughts unreadable. There were just so many variables. The human mind was anything but 'simple', and to make matters worse, there was slim to no research done on telepathic abilities. And even if there had been, hypothetically, every mutation was unique. But it was ready. He had been putting it off, running test, after test, after test on it.
Hank forced himself to stop pacing, and picked up the vial. Putting it off would do no good. Charles needed it, and soon. With a new sense of resolve, he began to walk briskly to Charles' study, knowing it was a safe bet to assume he would be there. He knocked on the door, waiting several seconds before walking in. "The serum...it's ready." He paused. "But if you rather wait to take it later...that's okay..."
