Teddie knows how to roller skate and I think it would just be neat if he tried to teach Labrys about it
though I imagine she at least fell and broke something once while trying it out-

Just seen your Labby/Teddie headcannons go off bud. You rant and rave we wanna seeeeee! Share your stuff if you want it's all valid and good!
God I had this ask for long mainly cause Iâve been thinking and overthinking on headcannons
screw it, Iâm too full on ideas so imma go crazy
(i swear to god if i do hit the word limit, Iâm gonna YELL)
anyways the whole thing is under read more cause again, I talk too much
Okay to start things off, Labrys really like dogs cause ya know, Snowy. So she likes talking or interacting with any dog she meets. Sheâs a dog person all the way. But guess who doesnât like that? Teddie, thatâs who. He will get jealous at any dogs that take Labrys attention away from him. âLabby-chan! Iâm right here! Why donât you talk and pet me instead of this mutt! :(â Though he doesnât stay jealous as long as she just simply pets and chat as they are strays or owned. So heâs fine until Koromaru comes in. Ooooo boy, Koromaru is a member of the Shadow Ops so his pets and chats with Labrys are longer as he has nowhere to be often and the two are pretty close. Heâs the one that gets Teddie to be stomping jealous. The two are pretty much rivals on Labrys affection, even if Teddie is already dating her. Heâll fight him on being cute and adorable. Also, Koromaru actually plays along with him in this rivalry as he sees it as fun. That said, he finds it amusing that getting close and cuddling with Labrys sets him off. Kid you not, he will hop on Labrysâs lap being all cute to get all the pets and then turn to Teddie with a happy shiba inu pup face. He looks so innocent but really is purposely making Teddie get jealous cause itâs fun. Teddie and Koromaru actually do get along with each other since theyâre both cute, mascots, and persona users. Itâs just that when Labrys walks into the room, that friendship turns into rivalry because ya know.
Labrys doesnât need to sleep since sheâs a robot and all but Teddie does. Labrys used to just walk around or do something but that changed when she saw Teddie gets nightmares. Like his nightmares consist of him being no longer liked and being left in the tv world or having all his friends killed by shadows and he couldnât do anything about it cause he was so scared like how the IT first found him in the tv world. Though now that heâs super close to Labrys, sometimes heâll have a nightmare of her being destroyed in battle and canât be fixed. Heâll wake up with tears and will crawl into his suit and stay in it till he feels better since his suit gives him comfort. Labrys walked in when she heard a noise and found Teddie crying in the corner in his suit. Teddie doesnât tell her anything at first as to not bother her but after some talk and comforting words, he lets it out. Labrys gets how he feels as she has similar nightmares as well just a little different. Like how sheâs the one who kills all her friends and gets locked away and has her memories wiped. Nonetheless, she coaxes him outta of the suit and makes him go to bed. But when she tries to leave, he freaks out and grabs her hand. He asks if she can be nearby and watch him as heâs afraid of dealing with the nightmares alone again. Though after he asks he gets a nervous feeling heâs bothering her so he adds if she only wants to and if she canât then itâs okay. (Ted, your sad face and fear is making Labrys feel sad and concerned. Not in a bad way either, she just cares about you so much.) She agrees to watch him as itâll make him more comfortable and sheâs not really doing much in the late nights. So when Teddie sleeps, Labrys will be nearby watching over him to see if he's okay and help him out if any nightmare gets him. Of course with her staying in one place, Aigis wonders where she is and looks for her. Once she sees Labrys watching over Teddie in his sleep, she instantly gets it and leaves them be. Of course not without her reminiscing about herself and Minato cause ya know.
Moving on a different headcannon, the shadow ops are pretty happy with how happy the two are, meanwhile the IT are confused that Teddie is dating. Itâs mainly Yosuke though cause heâs like âThat damn bear is dating? and itâs Labrys? Huh???â Though after heâs done being confused heâs very supportive but not without him teasing the heck of Teddie. Thatâs what he gets for teasing Yosuke about him and Yu together. Everyone is supportive of them in different ways. Yu helps Teddie with dating advice. From now they perfect date spot to what to give on valentines since Labrys doesnât do chocolate. He helps give good tips. Chie, Yukiko, and Rise take them out shopping for fun cause Labrys doesnât really have much outfits and Teddie likes to have more. Yukari and Mitsuru might join in the shopping but itâs rare by how busy the two are. Kanji finds the two adorable with each other and he helps Teddie make a Teddie plush (like the one Nanako receives) as a gift for Labrys for an event. âWith this, youâll never be alone! Either I would be with you or mini me will! Us bears will be by your side no matter what! :)â With Naoto I think he often gives books for Labrys to read and for Teddie he makes little gadgets to keep him busy. I think that weird cube thingy with all the little clicks and what not would be a favorite of his. As for the shadow ops, Yukari tolerates Teddie cause how he is but finds him better than Junpei and she takes Labrys and Teddie shopping when she can. Sad Junpei noises here. Junpei and Teddie pick on each other but in a fun way. Junpei knows how to handle kids so he knows what to do in dealing with Teddie from distraction and getting along with him. Ken likes Teddie but heâs on Koromaru side of the twoâs rivalry. Ken and Labrys get along as they watch Koromaru and Teddie have their cute contest. Mitsuru supports the relationship with Teddie and Labrys but every now and then, Teddie gets a mom glare from her. Aigis and Teddie get along very well which makes Labrys pretty happy. While Aigis doesnât have âa pun for every occasionâ anymore because of PQ, she is learning âbear puns for every occasionâ from Teddie. Yukari keeps telling her to delete it but she relearns it from Teddie every time. Akihiko is always up to train the two and Labrys is always down but Teddie isnât. âI donât wanna fight the half naked man! :(â Fuuka really likes Teddie but Teddie gets confused by her from how she talks about technology and big words. He still likes her though since sheâs really cute!Â
Iâve run out of ideas or I hit a burn out. Surprised I didn't hit the limit but I talk about this too much. I might have more ideas later but as of now this is what I mainly got plus the previous one. So yeah, have these long head cannons. I spent too long on this so enjoy it.

A commission piece. Since I personally love this pairing to bits, I had a lot of fun writing it, though it took me a lot longer than anticipated... Mostly because I had trouble deciding what to do with the requested setting.

I also have a tip-jar.
Most people considered him an extrovert. Most people thought of him as a person who was incapable of taking anything serious, regardless of the situation. Most people had trouble imagining him with anything resembling a sense of shame. Most people would also assume that such a shameless, unserious extrovert would not experience any sort of anxiety going to a social outing they, themself, had suggested and set up in the first place.
Most people were wrong.
There Teddie stood, drenched in a mixture of sweat and some overprized body spray heâd snuck from the hygienics department (on Yosukeâs tab). His bike stood angled and leaned against the wall right next to him. Ever since the incident with the pine tree and the rubber tape he wasnât allowed to use the rollerblades anymore, so fixing up Yosukeâs old ride was his only way to get out here on his own. Probably a good idea anyway; he was well aware of the enticing properties these fabled âridesâ were supposed to have on cute girls. Though, didnât the bikes heâd seen in Yosukeâs magazines look quite a bit different from that bicycle next to him? Not to worry unnecessarily, but this distinct aura of lameness he could feel radiating off the beat-up thing now that he wasnât on it seemed a bit⌠troubling.
Ah! Focus, focus! Teddie clapped his hands onto his face and took a deep breath. Now was not the time to lose his nerves! Not here, not today! No, not when this was the moment, the one, his irreplaceable and very special, very first⌠date.
His breath stopped even just thinking the words. M-Maybe the air was just especially thin today? Who would be surprised, geez, with how unbearably hot and humid it was, good thing he hadnât come in his beautiful fur, all the moisture would just have ruined his shine, but now his poor head-hair had to deal with these conditions, and his skin was all wet and his foundation was dripping, and his clothes were wrinkled, and the flowers were wilting, and he couldnât stop biting his lip-
âHey. Sorry, did I make ya wait?â
-He snapped to attention and froze up like a popsicle in a straight jacket.
Without him realizing, heâd been approached by a slender figure dressed in a light, flowing summer dress, a pale-yellow ribbon holding her long, azure hair together in a ponytail. Fuuka had really done amazing work in restoring those cloaking features. If he hadnât known better, Teddie would have assumed it was a regular human girl that had just greeted him so kindly. However, he was sure that the face and voice he saw and heard could only belong to one person in this big world.
âO-O-Ohhhh~~!! L-Labby-chan!!â
He could force melodic inflections into his words all he wanted; it didnât keep him from stuttering. He found it so hard to not stumble over his words whenever Labrys was around. This, too, he wanted to blame on the infernal heat today. It dried up his tongue and made it so hard to articulate! Yes, that was what was going on here, clearly, without doubt.
ââYou okay, Ted? You lookinâ kinda frazzled.â Labrysâ head tilted slightly as she spoke. Oh no, now the hot weather had gotten her worried for him, too! Not that he minded being cared for, of course, but⌠No, no! Today was not a day to be anxious and worried. Not for him, and definitely not for her! With a hearty shake of his head, Teddie tried to throw off the many oppressive feelings weighing down on his poor little head and laughed.
âOh no, mon ami, what are you talking about? Iâm doing just bearfectly fine! Especially now that I am in such stunning company~!â
ââŚIf ya say so.â
She rolled her eyes a little, giving a slight sigh. While Labrys wasnât necessarily the best people-reader, she did consider herself fairly perceptive, and the fact that Teddie right now didnât appear to be at the height of tranquility was obvious to everyone but himself. Then again, hyperactivity was barely out of the norm for the little guy, now, was it? Giving Teddie a gentle pat on the head, Labrys began to scan the area around them a little.
âWhoa, it sure is packed. You sure it was a good idea to come today? Maybe we shoulda rescheduled, huhâŚâ
The doubt in Labrysâ voice was like a lightning strike to Teddieâs motors, and at once he was bouncing along eagerly in front of the young gynoid lady, shaking his head in utmost denial.
âNonsense! Donât you know that getting lost in the crowd is part of the charm of this kind of event? Walking down the beach together, hand in hand, in a sea of blissful couples, gazing at the night sky above, and then--!â
âI⌠I was kinda hoping weâd be going for a swim.â
That sentence killed the scenario in Teddieâs head quicker than Yukiko could kill a manâs self-esteem. Labrys continued talking, her hands tugged away behind her back as she considered her surroundings. When had she ever found herself stood in a large gathering like this before?
âYâknow, since that whole Beach Party thing we were talkinâ about in spring didnât end up happening yet, âcause everyone got busy, when you said we were meeting at Shichiri Beach, I just kinda⌠assumed.â
His face went through at least 5 different emotions upon the realization that whatever miscommunication he had allowed to happen had caused Labrys to come here with wildly different expectation from him. Teddie eventually settled on a boisterous laugh that came out more awkward than intended, trying to right the wrongs of what he had suggested.
âAh⌠AHAHAHA! Of course, of course!! Swimming, at the beach, what beautiful maiden wouldnât want to swim at the beach, itâs bathing suit time after all!! Summer, sun, pin-up poses! Never you fear, I always carry an emergency bikini just for cases like this, right on my-â
ââŚGoing swimminâ in a crowd like this would kinda blow my cover. My cloaking device canât project into water, yâknow.â
â-Oh.â
Well, that was quite unfortunate. And though she tried to hide it, a certain sense of disappointment on Labrysâ face couldnât be denied. Teddie, for some reason, felt put on the spot by this. Embearrassed, even. And there heâd been mapping out this whole, unforgettable evening in his head already. What a debacle.
âEm⌠Should weâŚâ he didnât mean to, but he ended up having his head sink in between his shoulders on him. âShould we go home?â
Fast, unusually quiet and short was how Teddieâs question came out sounding. Still, Labrys seemed calm.
âNah, letâs stay. Itâs sorta my own fault for not researching the event before sayinâ Iâd come. âSides, Iâve never been to a âfestivalâ before. Maybe itâs gonna be fun.â
Teddieâs enthusiasm was restored.
âOf COURSE it will be fun! Youâll love it! Weâll buy snackies and weird thingie-dings, and write wishes on tiny sheets of paper, and catch goldfish and watch the fireworks and the starsâŚâ
A young, gold-blond boy was excitedly jumping around in front of his azure-haired friend, continuing his descriptions in such a manner that it was hard to believe he was ever going to stop. Labrys chuckled. As nervous as it made her to be around these many strangers, as long as she had Teddie just being Teddie, she knew all was still right in the world. She took a deep breath of salty beach air mixed with the scent of fried meat and Takoyaki and looked out to the festival site stretching out before them.
âShichiri-Tanabata Festival, huh.â she mumbled to herself. âLetâs seeâŚâ
â
Teddie hurried to drag Labrys along to every little point of attraction that grabbed his attention, his excitement unbroken even as the hours marched along. Calling his way of selecting the booths theyâd spend their time at âerraticâ would have been flattery. In a hurry he jetted from one site to another, from a saleswoman selling star-themed charms to an ice cream stand, to a pair of performers, to a fishing game, to a stand selling cold drinks, and so on. It definitely helped that Labrys didnât mind his guidance, much to the contrary. She was glad to have something resembling a line to navigate along this chaotic gathering of people, whose countless voices constantly threatened to overload her sensors. Her 5th generation hardware simply wasnât optimized for complex social situations like this one. Following Teddieâs lead and focusing on his voice helped drowning out the noise. Holding his hand to not lose track of him kept her from getting distracted. Eventually, she found herself sitting by a table put up next to a little tree with lots and lots of colorful papers hung on it, sipping from a plastic cup of iced tea (her systems could handle tasting and excreting liquids; it was only solid foods that caused problems.)
âThere sure is a lot to do here,â she said with a sigh, gazing at the mass of people sheâd been walking through all afternoon and wondering how sheâd survived it. She turned to Teddie. âYouâve been to a festival before, havenâcha?â
âYes, but never to this one,â Teddie admitted, still a bit flushed from the excitement of all the games theyâd been playing. âThe one in everyoneâs town is very different from here. Itâs a lot smaller and a lot less romantic. This one here makes me feel like Iâm being swept off my feet!â
âHmâŚâ Sip, sip, sip, Labrys worked her way through her drink, considering Teddieâs statement. For someone who had never been to this festival either, he sure seemed to sure his way around. There was a lot she could learn from him, especially considering that he hadnât been living in this world for that much longer than her. It probably paid to be as wide-eyed curious as him when it came to this sort of thing. It was then that a small stack of tourist brochures on the table next to them caught Labrysâ attention. She reached out, took one and began to read it. Of course, Teddie looked over her shoulder.
âOhhh, English! Fancy.â
âItâs frickinâ broken as heck tho,â Labrys frowned at the grammatical mess before her eyes.
âYou speak English, Labby-chan?â
âCame pre-installed with ânuff to read most of it. Canât exactly speak it tho. Well, not withoutta soundinâ like an, um, yâknow. Robot.â
It took Labrys some mental effort to stop her language processing programs from going bonkers trying to deal with the monstrosity presented to them. Eventually, however, she had processed the text enough to read out some of it.
âTanabata, also known as the Star Festival, originates from the Chinese Qixi Festival. It celebrates the meeting of the stars Vega and Altair, whoâre thought to be embodied by the deities Orihime, the Celestial Weaver, and Hikoboshi, the Celestial Cowherd. According to legend, the two lovers were forbidden from meeting by the Sky King, who thought their relationship prevented them from performing their duties. Only once a year, when their stars meet on the 7th day of the 7th month, the two can meet, and it is said that wishes written down and bound to bamboo or branches on this day will come true.â
âOhhhhh, thatâs so romantic!!â Teddie almost squeaked hearing the story, making wide eyes at the paper in Labrys hands. She laughed.
âSure, youâd like that. Youâre into mushy stuff like that, arenâcha?â
âHm. It would be even better if Ori-chan and Bosshy got to meet whenever they want,â Teddie declared after taking a few seconds to process the story. âI mean, itâs so sad! I thought true love was supposed to be forebear! Not giving them a happy ending when all the other fairytales get one just screams of discrimination, if you ask me! They should complain to the management!â
Somewhere halfway through Teddieâs critique had stopped making logical sense, but Labrys didnât mind that. Sheâd expected as much. In fact, she kinda found it cute. She ruffled his hair.
âItâs probably a really old story, ya know. I reckonâ by now theyâve long got it worked out,â she suggested. âLike, maybe they quit their jobs and moved in together? Thatâs what I think woulda made sense, at least.â
âMhmâŚâ Teddie replied surprisingly half-heartedly as Labrys stroked his hair. Lowering his head, he mumbled. âIf it were me, Iâd do everything, so-â
âHm?â Labrys tilted her head. Teddieâs voice had been too low for her to pick up all of what heâd said. However, he wouldnât repeat the words. Instead, he swung his legs and leapt up from the bench the two of them were sitting on.
âAaaaaalright! Where shall we go next, milady!?â
A 180° turn to the tree next to their table gave Teddie his answer.
âOh, I know! Letâs write some wishes!â
â
It wasnât Teddieâs first time writing wishes on Tanzaku paper. Heâd done it the year before with Yosukeâs family, though then he hadnât known the legend. However, it was Labrysâ first time, and she was struggling a little. To her it felt awkward trying to put any wishes she might have into words, especially knowing how many people there were around that could possibly be looking over her shoulder. The fact that Teddie kept loudly vocalizing every single thing he wrote down, proudly announcing his wishes to the world (he was up to tying his 10th Tanzaku to the tree now) didnât help. Just how was it so easy for him to come up all these things to say? Maybe she just ought to stop thinking and just write down the first thing that came to her?
Eventually Labrys found a wish and wording she was happy with and put it on the paper in neat, clean handwriting, tying a perfectly symmetrical bow as she hung it to the branch. Yeah, this was okay. It reflected her hopes for the future, and she didnât feel weird about the fact that someone else might read it. She was satisfied.
âOookay!!â
Hands on hips, Teddie looked over his army of 27 Tanzaku Papers merrily fluttering on the tree, Labrysâ sole wish mixed right in with them. He seemed proud of the image, miming the hand-gestures of a photographer looking for the perfect shot again and again, though never actually taking a picture of the scene. The one to really take a photo was Labrys. The way Teddie was hopping around in front of that tree was just too cute.
âCareful, ya gonna tear âem down with all the wind youâre makinâ wavinâ ya arms âround,â she laughed.
âWind? My lady, I will have you know, this is no orbearnary wind Iâm kicking up here! Itâs the cosmic shock-wave that will carry our wishes to the heavens! HMMMMMMM!â And he threw his finger up in the air and struck a pose, yelling. âORI-CHAAAN! DID YOU GET ALL OF THIS!?â
Teddieâs display of unabashed confidence drew the attention of bystanders. A pair of college age girls could be heard chatting.
âWhoa, that kidâs Japanese is pretty good⌠And heâs kinda cute, too, isnât he? Hee hee.â
âCareful what you say, I think he came with his big sister. You see that foreign-looking girl next to him?â
âWhoa, sheâs pretty good-looking as well, check out that figure! How come foreigners get to have all those curves, huh?â
âCalm down, youâll bother them. Hey, letâs move on, alright?â The girl took her friend by the hand and walked away, though she could still be heard adding. âIt sure is nice, seeing that some siblings donât feel like they need to âgrow out ofâ being cute togetherâŚâ
Labrys and Teddie waited until the college girls were out of earshot. Then, they turned to each other, a little stunned.
ââŚBig sister?â Teddie asked, tilting his head a little. âWhatever did she mean by that?â
Labrys shrugged. âI guess we looked like siblings to them?â
âOh, sort of like how Yosuke always says that all foreigners look âthe sameâ? Geez, how rude!â
âSo, we look the same to them because weâre both not human? Hmm, people are weeeird sometimes.â
âYeah, canât argue with thatâŚâ
âI meanâŚâ Teddie put his fingers on his chin pondering. âItâs not like we should come across like siblings! After all, you are my fair Princess! And I am your Royal Knight, Sir Teddie, coming to your aid in shining armor.â
âWell, I dunno a lotta stuff âbout knights. But some of them were princes, right?â Labrys said. âAnd a prince can be a princessâ brother, I think.â
âWhaâNo, no, no! None! Thatâs not it at all!â Teddie stomped one of his feet in the sand a little, not hard, just enough to kick up a dramatic dust cloud. âI mean⌠I maaaay be quite princely in just bearly all aspects, but! Thatâs not the nature of our relationship at all!â
âI mean. Yeah.â Labrys didnât know what there was to get dramatic about, but on a purely factual level, she had to agree. âI do got some siblings, but last I checked, you werenât one.â
âRight!?â Teddie seemed vindicated by that statement. He crossed his arms. âAnd⌠And anyway! If anything, Iâd definitely be the older brother!â
At that, Labrys could only snort. âReally?â
âBut, of course! In fact, ever since Sensei has gone back to the big city, Iâve done my beary best to stuff that sad, bro-shaped hole in Nana-chanâs life,â he told her. Itâs not like I could âreplaceâ Sensei. Not even moi could ever do that. But! Iâve been visiting her lots and lots! Weâve been going shopping and watching TV and playing in the park and making musicâŚâ
Teddieâs mood went from high-strung to almost tranquil as he talked. His face visibly relaxed.
âActually, you know, I wanted to bring Nana-chan here too! But⌠She was busy with school today, so she couldnât come.â
âWhy didnât you just call me to reschedule then?â Labrys asked curious. âI wouldnât of minded cominâ a day later so we can bring her, yâknow.â
âNo, itâs okay.â Teddie shook his head. âIâll come with her another time! Besides⌠I thought it might be nice to come, maybe⌠just with you.â
Labrys accepted that statement, though she wasnât quite sure what he meant by it. Generally, she found him rather unreadable at the moment. His expression, the way he didnât really look at her but more at the ground behind her, that slightly pink tinge on his cheeks⌠Was he okay? If he was human, she would have guessed that he was showing early signs of a fever, butâŚ
âHey, hey, Labby-chan, look, over there! I wanna try that!â
And thus ended a brief, quiet moment.
The âthatâ Teddie was referring to turned out to be a large stretch on the beach without booths, where people were currently gathering to perform some sort of folk-dance. Onlookers were evidently allowed to join in. Labrys was hesitant, after all, whoâd ever heard of a dancing combat device? However, it didnât take much coaxing for Teddie to get her to join. Despite their exotic appearances the two of them didnât stand out among the dancers nearly as much as they could have. The crowd was diverse, some people having come in Yukata, while others were in casual clothing like Labrys and Teddie. There were even a few westerners, probably tourists, mixed into the bunch. Chaotic as it was, nobody noticed how many steps the two of them missed in their attempts to follow the shrine priestess and middle-aged man leading the dance. It was all in good fun. Some parts of the dance were performed in pairs and these were the parts that made Labrys most nervous. The idea of having to synchronize with the moves of a total stranger in order to not disrupt the event sent her logic circuits into disarray. However, Teddie kept close to her and immediately paired up with her whenever he heard the musical cue to, and though Labrys knew he probably had his own reasons for doing so, she was thankful. âHeâs always been pretty clingy around girls, huh?â she thought to herself. âWell, Iâm glad heâs having fun.â It was only fairly late into the song that it occurred to Labrys how many other good-looking girls her own age actually were in the crowd of dancers. Yet, throughout the entire song, Teddie hadnât strayed from her side even once. When she realized that fact, Labrys fell silent.
ââŚâ
âLabby-chan, whatâs wrong? The music isnât over yet.â
âWhaâO-Oh right.â
Labrys had been so lost in her thoughts, sheâd stopped dancing on the spot. Now it was just Teddie and her standing still in the mass of dancers, small wrinkles forming on his forehead as he looked at her in worry.
âAre you tired? Should we take a break?â
ââŚYeah, maybe. Thanks.â
Holding her hand gently, as if taking extra care to not hurt her, he led her to the edge of the beachâs waters, a little off from all the music and commotion. It was here, where the crowd was thinner and the noise less prevalent that, for the first time, Labrys could take a moment to breathe and process the events of the day so far. Her sensors registered a high content of sodium-chloride in water vapor in the air⌠Sea salt. A nice scent. In the distance the sun had begun to set, dyeing the sky and ocean in a dazzling red color. Carefully, Labrys stretched out the bottom parts of her legs to let the waves splash them a little. What appeared to be her âfeetâ wasnât real, of course, those parts of her body were a pure projection of her cloaking device, but it still was nice to pretend.
Watching Labrys stretch her legs out to the water like that, Teddie began to pout a little. He buried his face between his legs. âIâm sorry I didnât take you swimming. Youâre probably beary disappointed still.â
Labrys laughed at that. âWhatâcha even talking about? Todayâs been great! Iâve been havinâ a blast.â
âO-Oh!â Surprised, Teddie looked up. âI was just thinking⌠Youâve been looking so nervous ever since weâve come here, so maybe you werenât actually having any fun.â
âMhm⌠Iâve never really been âround this many people before. So, itâs a tad strange still, ya know?â Labrys admitted. âBut a galâs gotta get out sometime, right? Iâm thinkinâ, I wanna make friends that ainât Persona Users too, some time. So, Iâd better get used to seeinâ more people around like this... Youâve already got that part of livinâ down to a tee, donâcha?â
Labrys grinned at Teddie as she said that, which he visibly took as permission to feel pride. Wearing her statement as a badge of honor, he puffed up his chest a little.
âWeeeell, if you ever need anybody to show you how to bring ALL the hot studs in town to the yard, you can come to me! Iâll be your wise and powerful mentor in the art of socialization and bearing it all to the world!â
âIâm sure ya will,â Labrys pet his hair a bit, partly to get him to dismount that high horse of his for a while. âLook. The stars are cominâ up.â
â
As the day drew to a close, the scene was lit by lights, both around and above them, all reflecting colorfully in the ocean before them. Labrys and Teddie spent the time talking, about themselves, the time theyâd known each other, their friends. There was so much to say, the minutes seemed to pass much too quickly, and by the time Labrys had googled and pointed out the locations of Vega and Altair in the sky to Teddie, the festivalgoers had gathered around where they were sitting to gaze up at the stars as well. The fireworks began.
They were were even prettier than the last time Teddie had seen them, painting the sky in all possible colors, lights raining down above them in this pleasantly warm summer night. There were so many people around them, and â Labrys recalled â there were endlessly many more watching up to this same sky right now in this world. It was a concept hard to understand for someone whoâd spent so much of her existence isolated from people, so why did she feel so at peace right now?
âI woulda never expected looking at some lights in the sky could be this beautiful,â she said quietly, almost a whisper.
ââŚMe neither,â Teddie said in much the same tone. And, whether he realized it or not, his hand was on top of hers.
In this moment, regardless of all the people and voices all around, it almost felt as if nobody but the two of them existed in this entire world. It was just like how, during the dance, Teddie had stayed only by Labrysâ side, like she would have never expected him to. That thought on her mind, Labrys found it easy to move closer to the boy next to her, her fingers intertwining with his, before she slowly drew him into a kiss.
âNext time, Iâll take ya out swimming,â Labrys told Teddie, breaking their lip-lock to bop his nose.
Stunned as he was, even if Teddie had had something to reply, he wouldnât have known how to say it.

i know who this is and fuck iâve read some headcanons but never thought of mine
hmmmm...
i got a few i think, imma just wing this shit
Rant incoming
For starters, Labrys is the only girl Teddie gets flustered about cause she is very genuine on how she feels about him. Like heâll âscoreâ any girls fine, but Labrys? He is a nervous wreck and very flustered. He doesnât know why but he is. This is mainly because the girls of IT get annoyed with him on trying to âscoreâ or him just flirting, and with him being worried abandon or no longer liked, he does it to see heâs still liked or in this case to have attention of his friends. I donât know how to word it but yeah. However, with Labrys, sheâs never annoyed with him. Sheâs always genuine and really likes how Teddie is. From understanding on not being human, to accepting Teddie as her knight. The only time she got annoyed with him is when he tried to be Aigis knight as well. Because sheâs so genuine on her feelings, he never feels like he needs to âscoreâ with her since he knows that she likes and loves how he is. Of course, since heâs never dealt with a situation like this before, heâs very flustered about it.
I like to think if Labrys ever does get annoyed with him, sheâll jokingly say âYa remember iâm a Anti Shadow Weapon, right?â Like she ainât gonna kill him but just let him know to quit messing around. A hit back in the head is like the only damage sheâs doing but being smacked by a metal hand can hurt.Â
Because the two are pretty close, if a shadow or a person try to attack Teddie, let alone kill him, expect a face full of axe. Like Labrys is afraid of her close ones being harmed or killed and not being able to do anything about it or worse, be the cause of it because what happened at that Kirijo testing facility. Like dead bodies freak her out, human or not, if it had life, she will be scared. But if itâs her friends? Sheâll have a panic attack and have flashbacks to those days in testing. She doesnât really like fighting but she'll do it to protect those close to her. Teddie similar as he doesnât want to be alone ever again and cares deeply about his friends and others. If anything, theyâre both knights protecting each other.Â
Imma stop right now cause i am talking to much and i kinda generally have more headcanons i think but it will turn into a college essay. This was just three and i did too much.Â
imma put this here before it disappears from my mind
Teddie does not have the willpower to kiss Labrys on the lips. He is too much a shy and flustered guy. He barely has the willpower to kiss her on the cheek. If he can, he will grab Labrysâs mini Teddie and use it to kiss her for him. Itâs basically just mini him so it counts. The best way he shows he loves her is bear hugs and cuddles. Labrys on the other hand fucking doesnât hesitate. Oh Teddie called her a beautiful princess again? Prepare to die by shower of kisses. She finds it real cute when heâs all red and shy. She was the one who initiated the first kiss since Teddie was too shy to do it and when It happened he fainted. She was real worried she killed him with a kiss. Teddie is working on the courage to kiss her in the lips one day and he tries by he gets to flustered and Labrys just comes in all the way initiates it again. When she kisses him, he will think about it the entire day and be all flustered. He will lay in his bed and be all red face thinking about it. And thatâs by just one kiss, when Labrys goes all out, he will overheat and just be a mess. Labrys pretty much only goes all out when not in public cause when she did before he started working, he stayed flustered in the ground. Yosuke threw some water at him for slacking and the two started bickering as he didnât like being wet in his suit. Heâs gotten less flustered by single kisses but an all out attacks by her still get to him. Heâs still a mess after but at least heâs still functional!
