first, thoughts of what he means to me specifically

through my personal plural lenses, he represents all the weird, confusing parts of plurality esp a not fully formed alter: he talks very messily, he wants to silence all the voices in his head, his form itself is nonsensical, almost right but not quite (human head with a grub-like body) (note: a grub is a unmature beetle, not sure if actually is a grub but he looks it). hes slightly like frederic, but hes a holder of something from him, which i will explain belooww.

now, what he means to frederic

i also think of him in as a manifestion of frederics heart so to speak, his emotions and love

an aspect of this comes from his sprites being very expressive and goofy, his colors changing depending on what he's feeling, wearing his heart on his sleeve. another aspect presents in his side quest if you murder all the other freds, his prize is marriage with him and he just lives with you in the apartment.

it's that romantic desire of living domestically with someone you love. but he doesn't really know how it fully works so he plays it out by having sam as his friend, he does something nice for him, they say their vows and now they live happily in matrimony. very quick n stuff.
