Triathlete free from serious acne and poor mood on a fruitarian diet
Last year when I was in Chiang Mai, Thailand I met a Canadian guy called Ted Carr. Â He was a triathlete living on fruits and I was really impressed with his enegy because he was constantly training. Therefore I decided to hear his story about how he got to this point and it turned out that he started the fruit diet because of some health issues. He used to suffer from severe acnes on his head, chest, arms and back but the diet changed all that. Today he has beautiful skin and his mood and energy is also way better and he recovers faster after training. Truely a great inspiration.
