Danny and his friends were celebrating his victory over Technus.
βYou were really awesome out there Danny,β Sam said.
βWhat about the fact that I teamed up with one of The Peacekeepers,β Danny said, βIβm only starting to be a hero and I get an opportunity like that? Radical!β
βNow, letβs not dwell on the past,β Maddie said.
βRight,β Danny said as he calmed down.
Some construction workers were at a power grid.
One of them was tin keying around with it.
βIts a shame that Nicolai isnβt here right now,β he said, βWe could really use his help with figuring this thing out.β
The other one heard some noises.
βAnybody there?β He asked.
Someone sped past them like lightning.
βI think we should go,β said the first worker.
βWay ahead of you,β said the other one as he packed his stuff.
Technus was watching them.
βRun while you can,β he said, βSoon, all will feel what I felt when I lost everything.β
At GhostCorp, Β the head of the power grid project, Ariana was telling everyone about what to take care of while Nicolai was gone.
βDoes anyone have any questions?β She asked, βDonβt be afraid to ask now or later because Iβll always lend a hand.β
Emily was thinking about Nicolai.
A message was somehow being typed on her computer.
It read; βAsk Ariana who created the power grid.β
Emily decided to ask.
βWho was it that created the power grid from the ground up?β Asked Emily.
βIt was Nicolai, why do you ask?β Asked Ariana.
βNo particular reason, I just wanted to know,β Emily answered.
βI know there are rumours, but no oneβs heard from him or seen him since that day,β Ariana said, βHe is a great man and thatβs all we need to say about him.β
Technus was secretly watching.
Later Ariana was walking home after a long day of work.
She was secretly holding blueprints for one of Nicolaiβs top secret projects.
Technus was starting to follow her.
She heard noises and turned around.
βWhoβs there?β She asked, βI know self defense.β
Bolts of electricity formed together forming Technus.
βHello Ariana,β he said.
βOh my god,β she said.
She ran the opposite direction and tripped.
She then looked back at Technus in fear.
He saw the blueprints for one of his inventions.
βIt looks like youβre about to be my first test subject,β he said.
He trapped her in an electric barrier and brought her up top.
Ariana saw the invention being made was the same as from his blueprints.
Technus then trapped her inside and the eleltricity changed color.
βWhat are you doing to me?β Ariana managed to mumble.
βYou like my creations donβt you professor?β He asked.
Danny was walking around town when he saw a suitcase that belonged to Ariana.
He then looked up and saw electricity being formed.
Danny went somewhere nobody could see and transformed into his alter ego.
Technus saw him and pinned him down.
βYou stopped me once, you wonβt stop me again!β He said, βIβm getting stronger every day!β
One of his shocks tore through Dannyβs costume.
He managed to phase through and the two of them were going at it.
Danny was evading Technusβ shock balls.
βLook Nicolai thereβs bad people everywhere and Iβm sorry for how they treated you,β Danny said, βI can see youβre hurting but I canβt help you unless you let me.β
βYou donβt care,β Technus said, βI spent my whole life being unnoticed, and nobody cared, now youβll all see what its like to be like me!β
Danny saw a way to shut off the machine.
He phased through Technus and turned off the machine stopping the process.
βIβll remember this!β Technus said as he disappeared.
Danny went over to Ariana and did mouth to mouth to revive her.
βDonβt go,β he said.
Later she was being taken to the hospital.
βCops said she was pumped with high voltage,β Dash said, βDoes that sound like anyone?β
βNicolai,β Danny said.
βI think she was talking about him in our meeting,β Maddie said, βThings are starting to get freaky.β
βWait, I think it was Emily who brought her up,β Jack said.
βThat lady is nuts,β Dash said.
βNo Iβm not,β she said, βSomethingβs wrong with him and we have to find out.β
βOk what are you talking about?β Asked Maddie.
βI saw him, he did this to her,β Emily said, βHe said he was gonna do to her what Joe did to him, so she could see what its like.β
She showed everyone the blueprints.
Later Danny was looking around for Technus.
He remembered a construction worker saying they saw an βElectrical beingβ inside a warehouse.
βThis has to be the place,β he said going inside.
He looked around for Technus and saw green electricity.
βFound you,β he said.
βYou,β Technus said.
βI came to help you Nicolai,β said Danny, βWhatever happened to you must be the worst thing.β
βOn the contrary, its the best,β Technus said, βAnd I want to share my gift with the world.β
βThis isnβt you Nicolai,β Danny said, βYouβre getting out of control!β
He came closer.
βAnd Emily is really into guys like you,β Danny said, βBut she needs the REAL you!β
βI wonβt let you turn her against me!β He said.
βIβm not trying to do that, but it seems like youβre about to accomplish that on your own,β Danny said.
βI know what I need to do,β Technus said.
He shocked Danny and he fell to the floor.
He was unconscious and later the paramedics came to his aid.
