My creative juices always come online at exactly 2AM in the morning, why? Because I made a Pokémon team for Optimus Prime and Megatron purely based on vibes (and backstory ig???)
Anyways, here are the teams:

I based this Au on Transformers One, Transformers Prime and Transformers Earthspark (S1)
^ By the way, it’s implied that both mechs caught their starters when they were young, that’s why they’re not in the standard pokeballs. I know that you need to get a starter from a professor, so let’s imagine that the starters (from whatever region, I didn’t think of a region in mind) are house guardians, not used for fighting.
^ Btw x2, it’s also implied that they would gift eachother pokemon, and/or match. Before they became enemies, that is ;)
