Does anyone actually know what to do when you’re like mad at your director? Like what do you mean you put me on a project, took me off because I asked for time to work on the project, told me I couldn’t work on it when I thought a bomb exploded so I wasn’t really paying attention, then got mad at me for finishing? Then you said it’s because you promised the other director you wouldn’t let me do it and that you need to send a president for people to not ask for “too much”. Like you’re a grown man. This is insane. It literally took me less than 15 minutes to do, and we have a system where you can ask for rooms. Yes, it is my fault. I did not look on the calendar when I chose my date, and I couldn’t get it, but just because of that, like, why are you just canceling the whole thing? Then you make me swear in front of the other director that I won’t ever work on something without your permission (which is fine, makes sense, but I did have your permission because you told me to do it. When was I supposed to do it?). Then the other director says that I need to “stay gold,” like this is the fucking outsider? And the whole reason you make me promise to never do work without you again, even though I literally told you the second this conversation started that I turned on the light board and was currently working on it, was because I asked if I could use the house lights we’ve been using, and you said you fucking hated them and they’re ugly and never use them again. Well, I’m sorry I’m not the one who fucking programmed them. Anyways, please give me tips before I lose my mind.
