“Sooo, here’s the thing.” Stevie began with, gazing up at the diamonds as the crystal gems began gathering materials.
No one was really thrilled with building this house, especially Bismuth who was reluctantly in charge of building, though they all knew that if the diamonds were going to be on Earth, they needed somewhere that could actually fit them.
“Everyone is going to be working really hard to build this place, and uh... they don’t really get anything out of it. Other than tons of snacks provided by me and my love and gratitude. But you guys on the other hand, you get a new home out of it! So I was wondering, is it possible that you guys could help build? I mean, you’re all really tall and strong and you’d have a place to live much sooner if you helped too, so... plus, you’d also be having my love and gratitude! And snacks if you guys wanted them, but I don’t know what your reaction to food would be.” she rambled.
