This is what day 77 looks like on my #80dayobsession fitness journey. 3 days left and I can't wait to start a second round. I had to skip the third set on each round because that's what time allowed this morning. I often get distracted in #myquiettime before getting into my workout so I have to adjust. I didn't skip it though. I may get a little bummed, after all it's leg day (which honestly feels booty day, but whatever it's all good) No. I haven't followed the nutrition plan. I started to, but it's a lot of discipline. My results would have been significantly different if I had, but I won't beat myself up because I've been on this fitness journey for over four years now and I know what I should and shouldn't be eating. The nutrition is hard, but when the trainers make these meal plans, they know what they are doing. It's not punishment, it's accountability and encouragement. We can all do it. We can all not do it. And our results will show it. This is my journey and no one else's. I get up and continue each day that God blessed me with whether my nutrition was good or bad the day before. Whether I stuck to my veg and fruit or I ate a sleeve of Oreos. I don't deny myself anything. I love to eat and I love to workout. I'm proud of my progress and results. I'm proud of how strong it's made me both physically and mentally.
